Current Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Service Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the detailing service, contact us right away. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. In certain cases, we may offer a partial or full refund if the service did not meet our standards.

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable:

Completed Services: Once your detailing service has been completed, we are unable to issue refunds.

Add-On Services: Any additional services, such as extra treatments or special requests, are non-refundable once completed.
3. How to Request a Refund

If we are unable to agree on a refund, we will propose a resolution such as offering a reservice or partial refund. Should you remain unsatisfied, we will guide you on further steps for dispute resolution.
